BrokerLogs

Terms of service

Last updated: July 2, 2026

The service

BrokerLogs is a subscription workspace for employee-benefits brokerages to track client groups, policies, and renewals. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if you are joining an organization, that brokerage.

Accounts and access

Access is provisioned per brokerage. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Seats are for people at your brokerage — don't share logins outside your organization.

Your data

The client, policy, and renewal records your team enters belong to your brokerage. You grant us the limited right to store and process them solely to provide the service.

Do not enter protected health information. BrokerLogs is designed for group and policy metadata only. You agree not to store member health data, diagnoses, claims details, or enrollment census files in the service.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unauthorized access attempts, no interfering with other organizations' data, no using the service to violate the law, and no reselling access without our written agreement.

Billing

Paid plans are billed per brokerage through our billing providers (Clerk and Stripe). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice before your next billing cycle.

Availability and support

We work to keep BrokerLogs fast and available, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may update or change features over time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrokerLogs and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including missed renewals, lapsed policies, or lost business. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. BrokerLogs is a tracking tool; it does not replace your brokerage's own professional obligations to its clients.

Termination

You can stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, with notice where practical.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we will update this page and note the new effective date above. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
